Anybody read engine codes?

My 1984 Dodge D-100 Miser is in need of another engine. Anybody know what all this gobbledygook means?

need to post this on some of the chrysler forums on the net. ford and gm engine codes I am good with,with mother mopar Iam kinda in the dark.
