Vermont Jeeper

Post by Bulldog13 on May 24th 2013, 9:57 am

Hi everyone!

I have done quite a bit of research on the rolled on paint job from other forums (jeep forum.com) and a lot of reading here. I see that rustoleum has a limited amour of paint colors, and I am looking for a color called "Rescue Green" that has been used on other jeeps. My question to all of you guys is, where can I find a color like this to roll on?? I plan on painting my jeep soon so any information would be a great help.

Thank You!

If you have a ACE hardware near you you can pick up their ACE Rust Stop in white (base). They can tint it to the color you want. You will probably have to take in a piece in with you that is the color you want so they can match it. They have a spectrum analyzer to scan the item with the color you want. Ace Rust Stop is very similar to Rustolum.
