Safety ORange, or mix colors?
I have been trying to find Rustoleum Safety Orange #7555 for a while now, and can't find any. The local Home Depot won't order it for me. Anybody know where I can get some? If not, anybody have success in mixing colors? Maybe mixing yellow and red quarts might do the trick.

No. It's a bit of a drive but I might go check it out. I did some mixing and safety red + yellow = not orange. It's more of a salmon color, which I like but not for my truck. I'll see if Ace HArdware has something similar. I'm trying to approximate Allis Chalmers color.

Yeah I was trying to find orange as well when I painted my truck. Let us know if and where you find it.

My local Lowes has the safety orange, only in a gallon though. Does anyone have a picture of a car this color?
Edit: short Google search found this little right up. Orange looks awesome! http://flickr.com/photos/16083347@N00/241055147/

That does look nice. You might try mixing with a color wheel to get your persentages. I THINK orange might have a touch of brown in it also but not sure of that.
I painted the ex's bug years ago and she wanted bright yellow.I went to the paint store and they gave me untinted mixing yellow (not susposed to do that) Talk about YELLOW. You could see it in the dark.
