Hi From SE Pa.

Post by 61-58A on July 13th 2009, 1:37 pm

Name is Terry and I live outside of Philly. I read about the $50 paint job on the Mopar board and thought I'd give it a try. This was three or so years ago. The victim was my 1961 Falcon fordor sedan. It's pretty much all stock and I've had it for about twenty years. It sports a 144cid engine with a 3 spd column shift. Still very much a work in progress. Car is tagged, insured, driving and I really enjoy taking her out whenever I can. Didn't use a roller as at work I have a bunch of hvlp guns so it seemed easier just to spray it. All in all I was very happy with how it turned out. I just wished that the Rustoelum black was a bit blacker as it seems to be a dark grey. Will post a few pictures in the project section.
