TREMCLAD TINT BASE RUST PAINT
Has anyone tried this to roll on this paint? http://www.rustoleum.ca/CBGProduct.asp?pid=14
I would like to have it tinted to a gunmetal shade and the top it off with their Satin clear.

So it would look similar to this:

Is this possible or am I dreaming?
Here is my car:

Rustoleum lists a flat white and a semi gloss black. You may be able to come up with something from those.
There are other places that sell boat paint in any color, Im not sure if they do satin or not

I could've sworn I found a flattner spray that works for this situation. I just can't remember the name.

You know what I think would be VERY handy for testing a paint or procedure?
Have you ever driven by a small time body shop and seen all those cracked and banged up and scraped up bumper covers over off to the side? They pull those off wrecks and toss em aside. I think they have to PAY people to haul them off. Pick you up a couple bumper covers for some random car and try it out. Might even be able to score a slightly tweaked fender or door panel or something if you look hard enough and ask nicely.
