Sticky?

Post by craigsnedeker on May 26th 2011, 1:27 pm

Good news, I just painted almost my whole car! Bad news, it seems to either be drying VERY slow, or is drying sticky. How long does this stuff take to dry? It's currenrty in the sun.

Did you thin the paint at all? How long has it been? Slow is such a relative term. Is it Rustoleum brand? How did you apply it? Hehe, no way to answer your question without knowing a fair bit more.

Edit: Nice Blazer, btw.

An hour isn't too long. =) I'd give it a few more before getting worried.

So many things can affect paint drying times that I have just given up trying to predict them. Humidity, temperature, how much paint you put on, how much you just want the %*$! thing done... Laughing
