Spot putty necessary with filler primer?

Post by n0m4d on February 23rd 2012, 9:48 pm

I have a dozen or so parking lot dents that I want to fill before rolling. I have Bondo but I was thinking with a layer of filler primer and a layer of sandable primer I can do without glazing the bodyfiller with spot putty. Does this make sense?

I would recommend using a finishing glaze on filler work, this saves a lot of primer in the end. thumbs up
